Fraunhofer EU Office (Philanthropy House) – Rue Royale 94 – 1000 Brussels, Belgium
With half of all planned RI-PATHS project activities completed, at this workshop the project team will present a concise summary of findings to an interested audience of policy makers and representatives of RI associations that closely interact with policy makers on a regular basis. It will enable interested parties to understand how RI-PATHS findings could eventually be used for policy purposes. Beyond a mere presentation of the generated insights and planned piloting activities, the workshop will be enriched by external presentations on ongoing roadmapping exercises and policy discussions. The workshop will not only provide the participants with an opportunity for learning about socio-economic impacts of research infrastructures but also promote a discussion among peers on the needs and challenges for preparing impact assessment requirements – and support their articulation towards the project team.
